  • 1 zucchini unit
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Fusilli with tuna and vegetables:

  2. We have opted for zucchini, green pepper, carrot and onion, as well as canned tuna.

  4. We put water to boil in a pot to cook the pasta, and while we begin to prepare the sauce for this pasta with vegetables and tuna.
  5. In a frying pan, heat a little oil, and when it is hot, add the julienned or chopped onion.
  6. When the onion is poached, add the rest of the vegetablespreviously washed and finely chopped into cubes.
  7. Stir well and let it fry for at least ten minutes over medium low heat. Meanwhile, it will be time to pour the pasta into the pot with water and salt.
