Ingredients to make Fusilli with red wine:
- 400 grams of Fuslli
- 1 can of Mushrooms
- 1 unit of chopped onion
- 1 pinch of chopped parsley
- 1 splash of Olive Oil
- 1 cup of red wine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Fusilli with red wine:
- While the pasta is being prepared, in this case the fusilli put a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan.
- When it is hot, add the chopped onion, leave it for about 4 minutes and add the mushrooms.
- Stir and add the finely chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a glass of red wine (if it is a good wine, better…).
- While the firing of the rifles is over, leave over high heat to evaporate the alcohol from the wine.
- To soften the flavor, add about two tablespoons of the noodle water to the sauce. Drain the pasta and pour it over the sauce.
- Mix a little and serve.
- It is a super easy recipe and it tastes great (especially for lovers of pasta and good wine).
- You can add a little powdered chicken broth before adding the wine.
