Ingredients to make Italian Ravioli:
- 30 ml of oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 onion
- 10 grams of chopped parsley
- 5 grams of ground black pepper
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 500 grams of ravioli
- 5 grams of salt
- 1 kilo of crushed natural tomato
How to make Italian Ravioli:
- Sauté the onion and garlic, all finely chopped, in oil. When it starts to color, add the tomato and season with salt, pepper, sugar and parsley.
- Let it cook until a thick sauce is formed.
- Cooked, cooled and well drained, the ravioli are placed in a baking dish; ravioli, sauce and grated cheese, put in the oven (which must be strong) for five minutes.
- It is served in the same source of gratin.
