Let’s go with the recipe for chicken, ham and egg pizza, we will make one half with chicken and the other with ham, simply unbeatable! And if you don’t like something, don’t worry, change the ingredients to your liking and that’s it.
Ingredients to make Homemade Pizza with Chicken, Ham and Egg:
- 1 kilogram of wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 small glasses of extra virgin olive oil (coffee cup)
- 1 chicken breast
- 6 slices of cooked ham
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Curry
- 1 bag of fried tomato
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 250 milliliters of Water
How to make Homemade Pizza with Chicken, Ham and Egg:
- To make the homemade pizza dough we mix the flour with 2 eggs, warm water, salt and oil.
- We love well until we integrate and get uniform dough that does not stick to our fingers. It is not necessary to let it rest, it can be kneaded directly.
- Next we stretch the dough until we get a very thin sheet, as seen in the photo. Remember to grease the rolling pin and the surface with a little flour.
- We spread the pizza dough on a previously greased tray with a little oil. We fold the edges and add the fried tomato and the ground black pepper.
- To make the toppings for our two-flavor pizza, we will start by seasoning the chicken. So, we cut it into strips and mix it with the curry in a bowl. We also take advantage of and cut the ham, into strips or squares, as you like.
- We cover the entire base of the pizza with cheese, for this adds the mozzarella, spreading well so that the same amount of cheese remains throughout the pizza.
- To finish with the filling, place the chicken on one side and the ham pieces on the other, along with the other two raw eggs, as seen in the photo.
- Then spread a little oregano on top and cook in the oven at 250 °C with heat below and done.
