Ingredients to make fish cannelloni I:
- 16 gutters, plates
- 150 grams of tuna
- 150 grams of peas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 100 grams of butter
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 carrots
- 300 ml of milk
How to make fish cannelloni I:
- Pour oil into a frying pan, and brown the onion, and then add the garlic and the washed and chopped peppers add the chopped carrots and leave to cook
- Add the peas, and the washed, peeled and cut tomato.
- When everything is very tender, add the tuna and leave it for a few minutes.
- Cook the cannelloni sheets in hot water for about 15 minutes.
- Spread out in a greased baking dish, covering the entire tray, pour part of the filling on top, put another layer of cannelloni, and on top of the filling and so on.
- When the last layer is put on, the béchamel is poured over it.
- For the béchamel, put the pieces of butter in a pan, add the tablespoons of flour stir it and little by little add the milk, season with a pinch of salt, and leave it to cook for 15 minutes.
- It is introduced in the oven with butter in pieces on top and when gratin is removed from the oven.
