- 100 g of crushed tomato
- 1 splash of white wine

- Chop the onion finely and fry itin a pan with a little hot oil. Do it over medium-low heat so it doesn’t burn.

- 1 large onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 broccoli stems

In this proposal we recommend combining the mushrooms with turkey breast, but you can eliminate this ingredient if you want to make the cannelloni without any meat.

- 300 g of mixed mushrooms
- 150 g turkey breast (optional)
- 1 onion
- 1 piece of leek
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese or heavy cream

- 70 g of prawns or shrimp
- 70 g of squid, cuttlefish or octopus
