Fideuá recipe with cuttlefish and prawns

FoodsDiary By FoodsDiary

We are going to prepare a fideuá with cuttlefish and prawns, a very complete recipe to enjoy with the whole family. The cuttlefish and prawn fideuá with aioli is the most common but we can prepare it with many ingredients since it is a dish very similar to rice but with noodles and admits many variations of ingredients such as fish, meat and vegetables.

The difference in this dish, whether meat or fish, is that it is always accompanied with garlic all i oil because it goes very well. You can put the noodle you like but in many places they already sell special ones for fideuá, although I like the nº2 noodle, which is neither very thin nor fat. When this noodle is fried first, when it is done it stands on end without having to put it in the oven. I hope you like this recipe for fideuá with prawns and cuttlefish!
