Ingredients to make Hake in easy cider:

- 100 grams of spring onion
- ½ liter of natural cider
- 100 grams of flour
- 50 grams of parsley
- 1 deciliter of cream
- 1 deciliter of olive oil

How to make Hake in easy cider:
- The hake slices are salted, passed through flour, and fried over and over again to then place them on a low casserole.
- In a frying pan, brown the finely chopped onion in brounoise (cut into small squares) in a little oil.
- When it is almost golden, half of the cider is poured, leaving it to be consumed.
- Then add the rest of the cider, cream and parsley, bring to a boil and pour over the hake, allowing the sauce to bind.
- Season with salt and serve with a salad.
