  • 40 grams of green zucchini
  • 40 grams of yellow zucchini
  • ½ bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • ¼ egg onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 30 milliliters of white wine
  • Smooth parsley (optional)
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • sea ​​salt
  • ground black pepper

How to make Hake in sauce with vegetables:

  1. The first step to prepare this hake in vegetable sauce that we have to do is to prepare all the ingredients that we are going to use.
  2. Next, we open the pepper and remove the veins and seeds, and cut it into julienne strips like the onion.
  3. Then we finely chop the garlic and peel and cut the tomato into cubes.
  4. Then we slowly fry the garlic, onion and pepper, and when they start to brown, add the white wine and let it reduce by half.
  5. Then we put the tomato and let cook the hake sauce in sauce for 10 minutes. While we cut the green and yellow zucchini into small cubes
  6. Next we add the cut zucchini to the vegetable sauce and let cook for 5 more minutes before adding the fish.
