Ingredients to make Hake in the Casserole with Clams:
- 2 Hake fillets (or sliced)
- 100 gr of clams
- 500 gr. of potatoes
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 200 grams of peas
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small red bell pepper
- milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- ground chili
How to make Hake in the Casserole with Clams:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Peel the onions and cut them finely, also do it with the pepper, garlic and tomatoes.
- Brown the onions, peppers and garlic in a pan with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the tomatoes and season with ground chili.
- Pour in the milk and the same amount of water. Add the clams and mix.
- Add the previously blanched potatoes, along with the peas.
- Mix and arrange the fillets on top. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 or 15 minutes, or until the hake is tender.
- Remove carefully so as not to break the fillets, serve and enjoy piping hot!
