Ingredients to make Dry Noodle:

  • 250 grams of sour cream
  • 250 grams of fresh cheese
  • 300 grams of red tomato
  • 100 grams of onion
  • 1 piece of Avocado
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chili chipotle
  • 200 grams of Noodle #2
  • 3 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Dry Noodle:

  1. Before preparing the dry noodle we must have all our utensils at hand and our ingredients well washed, chopped, weighed, etc.
  2. This will give you greater efficiency in the kitchen.
  3. Once the vegetables are washed, blend the red tomatoes, the garlic, a quarter of the onion, the chipotle peppers, a quarter of a teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder, a teaspoon of vinegar and a quarter of a cup of water.
  4. To follow our Mexican recipe, fry the noodle pastain a saucepan with already hot oil over low heat, stirring constantly so that it does not burn.
  5. When it is slightly golden, add the tomato mixturethat was blended and a teaspoon of sugar, add three cups of the hot chicken broth and adjust the salt seasoning.
  6. Let it simmer without a lid until the noodle is almost dry.
  7. Peel the avocado and cut into cubeswithout the shell, just like the fresh cheese.
  8. When serving the dry noodle,it is accompanied with a little sour cream, a few squares of avocado and fresh cheese to taste.
