Dry noodle recipe with three chiles

Ingredients to make dry noodles with three chiles:

  • 400 grams of thin noodles
  • ½ piece of white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 pieces of red tomato
  • 2 pieces of wide Chile
  • 3 pieces of Chile guerilla
  • 2 pieces of Chile papilla
  • 2 cups of chicken broth

How to make dry noodles with three chiles:

  1. You can see the ingredients that we will need to prepare this delicious dry noodle with three chilies.
  2. We are going to start our preparation by softening the chilies in hot water, before doing this we must clean them perfectly, removing seeds and veins.
  3. Once clean, place them in a saucepan with hot water and leave them there until the skin feels soft.
  4. Meanwhile we take the sliced ​​​​onion together with the garlic and put them to fry in a panwith previously heated oil.
  5. Once the onion is transparent, we add the tomato cutinto rough pieces as seen in the photo. We keep cooking the sauce until the vegetables are very tender.
  6. Once the sauce is ready and we have the soft chiles, add everything to the blender glass along with the onion, garlic, chicken broth and a pinch of salt to make the sauce.
  7. We proceed to blend until we obtain a homogeneous sauce. We booked.
  8. On the other hand we take the noodle pasta and place it in a saucepan with a little oil previously heated. We then let the noodles brown slightly, stirring frequently to prevent them from burning.
