Ingredients to make Noodle Dough:
- 250 g. flower
- 1 pc. egg
- 1 pc. egg yolk
- 1 tsp. salted
- 1 cup(s) water
How to make Noodle Dough:
- Sift the flour together with the salt on the allowance.
- Make a hole in the center. Beat the egg with the yolk and half a cup of water.
- Add these ingredients to the flour, working everything in by hand. Add more water until you get soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
- Place the dough in a plastic bag and let it rest for half an hour.
- Then, stretch the dough into a rectangular shape, as thick as the noodles are desired.
- Sprinkle with flour and let air. Pass the dough through the noodle maker or cut it with a knife.
- Accommodate the noodles without stacking until the moment of using them.
- Boil in abundant water with salt until they are cooked.
- Drain quickly and mix with the chosen sauce.
