Dough recipe for noodles

Ingredients to make Noodle Dough:

  • 250 g. flower
  • 1 pc. egg
  • 1 pc. egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. salted
  • 1 cup(s) water

How to make Noodle Dough:

  1. Sift the flour together with the salt on the allowance.
  2. Make a hole in the center. Beat the egg with the yolk and half a cup of water.
  3. Add these ingredients to the flour, working everything in by hand. Add more water until you get soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
  4. Place the dough in a plastic bag and let it rest for half an hour.
  5. Then, stretch the dough into a rectangular shape, as thick as the noodles are desired.
  6. Sprinkle with flour and let air. Pass the dough through the noodle maker or cut it with a knife.
  7. Accommodate the noodles without stacking until the moment of using them.
  8. Boil in abundant water with salt until they are cooked.
  9. Drain quickly and mix with the chosen sauce.
