- 4 potatoes
- 1 white onion
- 100 gr coriander

- Ready all the ingredients.
- In a large pot, cook the onion cut into squares, for three minutes, or until you see that it is white.
- When the onion is well cooked adds the coconut milk and rectifies the flavor with salt and pepper.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters, add to the coconut milk, cook for 25 minutes with the pot covered and over low heat.
