Today we turn to fish and what better than a good battered hake with peppers seasoned with oil and vinegar, a contrast of flavors that will give you an exquisite taste. Follow this step-by-step recipe and take care of your diet with healthy and delicious dishes.

Ingredients to make Hake in batter with peppers:

  • 500 grams of Hake
  • 1 unit of Red Pepper
  • 3 units of green pepper
  • 1 bowl of flour
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jet of Oil
  • 1 splash of vinegar

How to make Battered Hake with Peppers:

  1. We start by washing our hands very well, put on the kitchen hat and mess. We take the hake, add a little salt and pass it through flour to coat it.
  2. We cut it in half to make it easier to cook. Fry the hake in the pan over high heat for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Trick: Remember to remove excess oil with absorbent paper
  4. Besides, with the hake already ready, we move on to the peppers. Wash the peppers well and cut everything into strips (juliennes) to later add it to the grill.
  5. Cook the peppers on the grill for about 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Move so much so they don’t burn.
