Ingredients to make dried lentils with mushrooms:

  • 350 grams of fresh mushroom.

  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Pepper
  • 400 grams of cooked yellow lentils
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

How to make dried lentils with mushrooms:

1 Cut the onion finely and put it in a pan with oil to brown it, about 10 minutes.

2 After washing the mushrooms very well, we put them in the pot and let them cook for a few more minutes.

3 Cook the lentils over low heat and when they are almost done, it will be time to add the mushrooms and onion.

4 To make it have a special aroma, add the vinegar, ground pepper and parsley, let it cook for 5 more minutes.
