Ingredients to make Gypsy Hake:
- 600 gr. of hack
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 or 3 tomatoes peeled (peeled) and chopped

How to make Gypsy Hake:
- Flour the hake pieces and fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
- Then, they are put in a casserole, and in the oil that remains in the pan, add the garlic cloves, the onion and the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
- When everything is well-fried, pour it over the fish, add a glass of lukewarm water and let it cook over a very slow heat.
- Finally, remove the hake from the casserole, taking great care so that it does not fall apart, and serve drizzled with its sauce.
