FoodsDiary By FoodsDiary

Ingredients to make Grouper with ñoras sauce:

  • 1 kilogram of Groupers
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 2 units of Ñoras
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of white wine
  • 2 garlic cloves

How to make Grouper with ñoras sauce:

  1. The first step to make this recipe is to clean the grouper. Then cut it into not very large cubes.
  2. Apart, brown the slice of bread and garlic and reserve it. Hydrate the ñoras in cold water for 30 minutes or cook them a little in a saucepan. If you opt for the latter option, reserve the water for the stew.
  3. Cut the onion and pepper into julienne strips and sauté them. Then, add the grouper, a splash of wine and let it cook over medium heat so that the sauce is made. Add a little water and let it cook for a few minutes.
  4. During the last minutes of cooking, add the ñora meat, cover the saucepan and turn off the heat. Remove the grouper pieces and reserve them. Place the sauce obtained from the stew in a container along with the garlic and the toasted bread and beat it all with a mixer or blender.
  5. Now mix the sauce with the grouper and heat it all together in a saucepan. Serve the grouper in ñoras sauce accompanied with white rice or the salad of your choice.
