Creamy Chicken Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients to make Creamy Chicken Lasagna:

  • 2 cups of shredded chicken breasts
  • 225 grams of Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 340 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of Milk (240 milliliters)
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 12 sheets of pasta for cooked lasagna

How to make Creamy Chicken Lasagna:

  1. Once you have gathered all the ingredients, start by preheating the oven to 350ºF, which is the same as 180ºC.

  3. Now, mix the chicken with the two cheese varieties and the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes. You can buy dried tomatoes already made or make them yourself
  4. Reserve a part of the mozzarella for the end.
  5. On the other hand, use an electric mixer and mix the cream cheese with the milk, the garlic powder and a part of the fresh basil.
  6. Reserve half of the mixture and the rest; add it to the chicken mixture made previously.
  7. To assemble the chicken lasagna, spread half of the remaining cream cheese mixture over the bottom of a baking dish, then layer with pasta and a third of the chicken mixture.
  8. Repeat the operation two more times, lasagna and chicken. Then, finish with a layer of pasta sheets, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and mozzarella.
  9. Tip: To make this creamy chicken lasagna we have used a 30-centimeter mold.
  10. Cover the chicken lasagna and bake it for 25 minutes or until it is completely done.
  11. Sprinkle it with the remaining basil and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving to prevent it from breaking when cutting into portions.
