Ingredients to make Chinese noodles with vegetables and soy:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 200 grams of bean sprouts
  • 1 handful of wake seaweed (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Chinese rice noodles
  • 1 splash of soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 egg

How to make Chinese noodles with vegetables and soy:

  1. The first step to prepare these delicious Chinese noodles with vegetables and soy is to put a pot with water, bring it to a boil and cook the Chinese rice noodles for the time indicated in the package instructions.
  2. Once cooked, we drain them and reserve.
  3. Meanwhile, we prepare the vegetablesfor the Chinese noodles with soy sauce.
  4. To do this, peel the carrots, cut them in half and cut them into strips.
  5. Then do the same with the zucchini but without peeling, cutting it into strips.
  6. Also peel and julienne the onions mince the garlic and wash the bean sprouts.
