When you’re in a hurry, pasta, in general, is a very good option to fix a meal. Specifically, we love Chinese pasta and it is very versatile. You don’t need large amounts of ingredients or very strange things to make a fabulous dish. And the perfect sample is the recipe for Chinese noodles with soy sauce that I share this time. A few mushrooms, a few cloves of garlic and a little soy sauce make a truly fabulous dish. You cannot miss these Chinese noodles with mushrooms!

How to make Chinese Noodles with Mushrooms:
- We begin to prepare these Chinese fried noodles with mushrooms by putting water in a saucepan to boil according to the instructions on the noodle bag.
- When it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and leave the noodles for a few minutes.
- Then we drain them well (follow the instructions that come in the bag).
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and brown the previously sliced garlic.
- Optionally, if we like spicy, we can add a chilly to give the Chinese noodles with soy sauce a little more flavor, which we will then remove before serving.
- When the garlic is golden, we add the mushroomspreviously washed, drained and cut into not very large pieces. We redo.
- Add the soy sauce and let it cook.
- When the mushrooms are ready, add the noodlesand stir well. We left a couple of minutes and removed from the fire.
- Sprinkle a little parsley on top and we already have the Chinese fried noodles ready to eat. You will see how delicious they are!
