Ingredients to make Grouper Fillet in Caldero:
- 4 grouper fillet
- 16 u. shrimp
- 150 gr. mushroom
- 1 glass brandy
- 1 pc. chopped onion
- 150 ml. béchamel sauce
- 100 gr. parmesan
- salted
- Pepper
- butter
- oil
How to make Grouper Fillet in Caldero:
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper and brown them in a frying pan with the butter and oil and reserve.
- Apart, in the same oil we put the onion, we sauté it without letting it brown, we put the shrimp and mushrooms.
- We put the fillets back and flame them with a glass of brandy.
- We put the béchamel on it, we check the salt and we place it in a baking dish. We put the Parmesan and gratin it. It can be accompanied by mashed potatoes.
