- 500 grams of Peas
- 60 grams of Serrano ham
- 1 unit of white onion
- 1 cup of Milk (240 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Peas with Ham:
- The first step to make this Spanish recipe with peas is to prepare the ingredients.
- Bring a deep pot with enough water over medium heat, once the water is boiling add the peas and cook them until they are soft.
- Remove them from the water and reserve them.
- Bring a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive or sunflower oil, add the soft onion in small squares and sauté it.
- Add the Serrano ham in very thin strips and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the peas to the bread where we have the rest of the ingredients.
