Ingredients to make Dorado in amateur sauce:
- A kilo of golden fish, on wheels
- onion branch
- garlic
- joint
- celery Spain
- plenty of red and green sweet pepper
- paprika between red and green
- pretty heads of garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
How to make Dorado in amateur sauce:
- Make a mojo with: onion vines, garlic joint, Spanish celery, enough red and green sweet peppers, red and green paprika, enough heads of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste, everything is passed through the blender.
- Preparation: the dorado wheels are submerged in water with plenty of lemon (4 or 5) submerged for 25 minutes, then the lemon water is removed and submerged with the liquefied mojo sauce and left for forty minutes, then it is put to low heat for 45 minutes, with the bread covered.
- You can eat it with boiled cassava and if you want with white rice.
