- In a very hot frying pan, fry the chopped onion in squares for 3 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the tuna and quinoa, previously cooked in water, and cook the whole for 3 more minutes.
- Remember that quinoa is a cereal with a lot of food and very easy to prepare, you just have to cook it in water until the grains open, you can get this cereal in health food stores.
- Separately, mix the cornmeal with a little salt and add the water. Knead until the dough is homogeneous, as seen in the image.
