Pineapple Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make Pineapple Fried Rice:

  • 1 teaspoon of pine nuts
  • 250 grams of fresh pineapple
  • 5 grams of fresh ginger
  • 300 grams of cooked white rice
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 5 grams of fresh Basil
  • 1 unit of red pepper or red paprika
  • 120 grams of peas or peas
  • 8 units of pork ham
  • 350 grams of squid rings
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

How to make Pineapple Fried Rice:

  1. The first step to make the fried rice recipe is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Chop the pepper and onion into medium squares, as shown in the photograph.
  3. Bring a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil, add the pepper and onion to make the base sauce of the sweet and sour rice recipe.
  4. When you notice that the previous ingredients are slightly fried, add the cooked rice and mix everything very well.
  5. Add the peas or peas and the ham slices in medium squares. Mix the ingredients well and continue cooking.
  6. With the help of a spoon, remove the preparation to one side of the pan and add the squid rings in that space that was left free, look at the photograph.
  7.  Let fry for a few minutes.
  8. Add the pineapple in squares as shown in the image and the fresh basil. Mix all the ingredients of our fried rice.
  9. Finally and before serving, add the soy sauce to our pineapple preparation with rice and mix well until the ingredients of the recipe are integrated.
  10. Serve the pineapple fried rice adding a little sesame seeds sprinkled on top as seen in the final photograph.
  11. Do not hesitate and prepare a grilled chicken breast as a second course or, if you want to continue in the fish line, smoked salmon.
