The body is greatly benefited if you decide to include cereals such as oatmeal in your daily diet. Among all cereals, oatmeal is the one that contains the most vitamins and minerals, among which you can find zinc, calcium, selenium, magnesium, and iron, among others. It also contains a considerable amount of soluble and insoluble fiber and polyunsaturated fats where you will get omega 6 and omega 3.
You can find oats in different formats: flakes (cookies, cakes, muesli), bran (confectionery and bakery), oat milk or drink (substitute for cow’s milk, suitable for lactose intolerant or allergic) and also as flour (preparation of cakes, cookies and biscuits.)
