Ingredients to make Vegan Mushroom Risotto:

  1. 200 grams of Arborio rice
  2. 80 grams of white onion
  3. 2 garlic cloves
  4. 200 grams of Mushrooms
  5. 500 milliliters of vegetable broth
  6. 1 splash of olive oil
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Vegan Mushroom Risotto:

  • Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • In a pot with oil, add the oil, sauté the onion and the finely chopped garlic until soft.
  • Add the rice and fry for one minute.
  • Add the vegetable broth little by little, stirring all the time until the grain is al dente. Rectify flavor with salt.
  • Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until golden, season with salt and pepper. If you want you can add other types of mushrooms to taste.
  • When the rice lacks 5 minutes to be, add the mushrooms and mix everything very well.
