Thai Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make Thai Fried Rice:

  1. 1 cup of jasmine rice (if you can’t find jasmine rice you can make it with normal white or brown rice)
  2. 40 grams of Sesame
  3. 120 milliliters of soy sauce
  4. 1 dessert spoon of garlic paste
  5. 1 bunch of bean sprouts
  6. 10 grams of ginger
  7. 480 grams of beef loin cut into medium squares
  8. 100 grams of yellow Zucchini cut into small squares
  9. 100 grams of green Zucchini cut into small squares
  10. 100 grams of red bell pepper cut into small squares
  11. 100 grams of green paprika cut into small squares
  12. 150 grams of Carrot cut into strips
  13. 120 grams of long onion cut diagonally

How to make Thai Fried Rice:

  • Our first step is to prepare the ingredients to make the Thai rice.
  • We are going to cook the jasmine rice in the same way that we make normal rice. If you can’t find jasmine rice, you can make this recipe with white or brown rice. Remember that for brown rice you will need three water for a cup of rice, for white and jasmine rice two water for a cup of rice. Once you make the rice, reserve it.
  • Bring a frying pan over medium heat with a little sesame oil or olive oil, once hot add the long onion and fry it a little.
  • Once you see that the onion takes on a transparent color, first add the carrots cut into strips and let them sauté for a few minutes. Then, add the diced vegetables (bell peppers or bell peppers and zucchinis.) Add some finely chopped ginger -garlic paste to flavor the fried rice.
  • Add the cooked rice to the pan where we have the vegetables and mix very well until the ingredients are integrated. Apart, skip the cubes of beef tenderloin and add them where we have the fried rice mixture.
  • Finally, add the Chinese roots and the soy sauce to give a touch of flavor to the Thai fried rice, mix very well until the ingredients are integrated and turn off the heat once you consider that it is ready.
