How to make Thermomix: Mediterranean Rice:
- Put the garlic, the parsley and the broths in the glass, chop 15 seconds at speed 4. Then add the rest of the juice ingredients, grind for 20 seconds at speed 8. Remove and reserve.
- Without washing the glass, put the ingredients of the sauce. Chop for 6 to 8 seconds on speed 3 and ½. Program later 7 minutes at 100º in speed 1.

- If you see that it is brothy, don’t worry about the resting minutes, the rice absorbs the broth and remains just right. If you put fresh vegetables, cut them thin.
