Ingredients to make Milanese rice with sausages:
- 300 grams of Rice for risotto
- 200 grams of pork or Frankfurt sausages
- 100 grams of butter
- ½ onion
- 500 milliliters of beef broth
- 1 glass of white wine
- 50 grams of Parmesan
- Saffron
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Arroz a la Milanesa with Sausages:
- The first thing we have to do to make this Milanese rice with sausages is finely chop the onion and fry it with the butter in a pan until it turns golden brown.
- Next, we cut the pork or Frankfurt sausages into slices to our liking and fry them together with the onion in the pan.
- Then we add the rice and toast it together with the sofrito until we see that the grains are glassy.
