In this recipe we bring a different way of making a tuna steak; let’s remember that this fish is one of the most consumed around the world since it contains a high content of omega 3 that helps to reduce cholesterol levels in the blood. Follow the step by step of this easy recipe and learn how to prepare tuna with garlic.
Ingredients to make Garlic Tuna:
- 4 units of tuna fillets
- 4 units of Lemons
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 glass of white wine
- 5 grams of Parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
How to make Garlic Tuna:
- The first step to make our tuna recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
- We are going to take the tuna steaks to a bowl and we are going to marinate them with the garlic paste, lemon juice, and white wine. Ideally, leave it to marinate in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes so that the ingredients are well integrated.
- Bring a skillet to medium heat with a little olive oil.
- Once the marinating time has passed, add mustard and parsley to each of the fish fillets.
- After a few minutes, and when the pan with the oil is very hot, fry the marinated tuna fillets.
- As an optional garnish we are going to prepare some spaghetti although if you wish, you can also accompany the garlic tuna with rice with turmeric or a wok of vegetables.
- When the tuna steaks have browned on both sides, add the rest of the marinade to the pan and let it keep for a couple more minutes. Put out the fire.
- Serve the tuna al jailor hot, on a bed of spaghetti and decorate by sprinkling some fresh parsley on top. Remember you can accompany our recipe with any carbohydrate of your choice.
