Garlic Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients for Garlic Fried Rice:

  • 300 grams of Rice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ piece of Onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

How to make Garlic Fried Rice:

  1. The first step will be to cook the white rice with a teaspoon of butter and a pinch of garlic salt. You can use any type of rice you prefer.
  2. Once the rice is cooked, let it cool and set aside.
  3. Besides, finely chop the garlic and onion.
  4. Sauté the garlic and onion in an already hot pan with olive oil and the remaining butter.
  5. Then add the rice and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Serve the garlic fried rice on a platter or in plating rings to give it shape. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or garlic flakes.
