Ingredients to make Sushi easy:
- 400 grams of rice for sushi
- 200 grams of Salmon
- 200 grams of Tuna
- 1 unit of nori seaweed
- Wasabi (horseradish paste)
- 1 unit of small Cucumber cut into julienne strips of 5 cm.
- Soy sauce
- marinated ginger
How to make Sushi easy:
- In order to make sushi, the first thing to do is prepare the rice.
- To do this, we advise you to consult the sushi rice recipe and follow the steps.
- Once you have the rice ready, place a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo mat, or any other material, previously covered with plastic wrap.
- Distribute the rice evenly up to the middle of the sheet, leaving a 2 cm gap. Thick all around.
- Spread a small amount of wasabi in the center of the rice.
- Place the cucumber and shredded fish on top of the wasabi.
- Then, begin to roll the sheet on the rice side, exerting pressure with the help of the mat.
- To make it stick together, add a pinch of cream cheese to opposite ends of the sheet (in the half without rice) and finish rolling. There should be a firm roll.
- Cut the roll with a sharp knife dipped in water.
- The slices should be approximately 2-2.5 cm thick.
