Easy Sushi Recipe

Ingredients to make Sushi easy:

  • 400 grams of rice for sushi
  • 200 grams of Salmon
  • 200 grams of Tuna
  • 1 unit of nori seaweed
  • Wasabi (horseradish paste)
  • 1 unit of small Cucumber cut into julienne strips of 5 cm.
  • Soy sauce
  • marinated ginger

How to make Sushi easy:

  1. In order to make sushi, the first thing to do is prepare the rice.
  2. To do this, we advise you to consult the sushi rice recipe and follow the steps.
  3. Once you have the rice ready, place a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo mat, or any other material, previously covered with plastic wrap.
  4. Distribute the rice evenly up to the middle of the sheet, leaving a 2 cm gap. Thick all around.
  5. Spread a small amount of wasabi in the center of the rice.
  6. Place the cucumber and shredded fish on top of the wasabi.
  7. Then, begin to roll the sheet on the rice side, exerting pressure with the help of the mat.
  8. To make it stick together, add a pinch of cream cheese to opposite ends of the sheet (in the half without rice) and finish rolling. There should be a firm roll.
  9. Cut the roll with a sharp knife dipped in water.
  10. The slices should be approximately 2-2.5 cm thick.
