- 3 cans of Tuna
- 3 tablespoons of pink sauce or mayonnaise
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams of Rice
How to make Cold Savory Rice Cake
- First of all, we make the rice following the instructions on the package, strain it and let it cool in the fridge.
- While the rice is cooling, we break the eggs, put them in a pan with a small drop of oil and make scrambled eggs.
- Once the eggs are done, take them out and put them on a plate.
- On the other hand, to continue with the preparation of the cold rice cake, we put the cans of tuna in a bowl together with 3 tablespoons of pink sauce or mayonnaise, and mix everything well.
- Now, we take a rectangular mold, put a little oil on it and expand it with paper.
- We take the rice out of the fridge and place the first layer of rice in the mold, and on top of this we put the sauce with the tuna.
- Then, we put another layer of rice and on top of this other layer we place the broken eggs. To finish, we put the last layer of rice and take the salty rice cake wrapped in plastic wrap to the fridge.
- How long we leave it in the fridge depends on how cold we want it to be.
- Once ready, all that remains is to remove the salty rice cake from the mold and decorate it in our own way
