Ingredients to make Rice with surimi:

  1. 2 cups of cooked white rice
  2. 100 grams of Surimi
  3. 80 grams of red pepper
  4. 80 grams of white onion
  5. 80 grams of Carrot
  6. 100 grams of Mushrooms
  7. 2 garlic cloves
  8. 3 tablespoons of sweet corn
  9. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  10. 50 milliliters of sunflower oil
  11. 1 pinch of salt
  12. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Rice with surimi:

  • Before making this delicious rice, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  • In a wok with oil, sauté the onion, carrot and red pepper cut into thin strips until soft.
  • Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and the finely chopped garlic. Sauté a few more minutes, until the mushrooms are golden.
