Ingredients to make Fried Marinated Dogfish:
- 1 kilo of clean dogfish.
- 4 cloves of garlic.
- A glass of white vinegar.
- A tablespoon of paprika.
- Oregano

- 100 grams of flour.
- 2 dl of olive oil.
How to make Fried Marinated Dogfish:
- Make a mash with the garlic, a handful of salt, the oregano and the paprika.
- Cut the dogfish into slices, place them in a bowl and smear them with the mashed potatoes together with the vinegar.
- Let marinate for about eight hours in the refrigerator, allowing the fish to soak up the marinade well.
- To fry the fish, clean the fish slices from the marinade very well, lightly flour them and pass them through the pan with very hot olive oil.
- Once fried, we remove them to a tray with kitchen paper so that they drain and later we serve them on a tray.
- If we want we can make a refried with the marinade and accompany the fish with this refried.
