Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice:
- 1 unit of chicken breast
- 1 unit of red pepper
- 1 unit of Carrot
- 100 grams of Beans
- 100 grams of Peas
- 1 unit of white onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 units of Egg
- 50 grams of sesame seeds
- 1 splash of soy sauce
- 1 pinch of chicken seasoning
- 50 milliliters of sunflower oil
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Chicken Fried Rice:
- Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a pot with boiling water, add the string beans and the peas, cook for 10 minutes, drain and reserve.
- In a wok with oil, sauté the onion, carrot and red pepper cut into thin strips, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the beans, the peas and the finely chopped garlic, sauté for 5 more minutes over high heat, season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the vegetables from the wok and reserve
- In the same wok with oil, cook the chicken cut into small cubes and seasoned with seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Return to add the vegetables, the two cups of cooked white rice, the soy sauce and the sesame seeds, mix everything very well.
- Cook for 10 more minutes, if necessary rectify the flavor with salt and pepper.
