- 1 paprika
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 dessert spoons of soy sauce
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make fried rice:
- Wash the paprika and chives to cut them into small pieces.
- Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces and, with a splash of oil, fry the ginger in a pan for a minute.
- Add the vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes. If you need more oil, add a splash more.
- Tip: You can also use butter to add a different taste.
- Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and stir well to integrate everything.
- Crack the eggs and fry them together with the vegetables, stirring when they start to turn white on the bottom.
- Sauté the pieces of meat for about 10 minutes, stirring very well until the meat is well cooked.
- Lastly, add the rice and remaining tablespoons of soy sauce.
- For the rice to be crispy you should let it fry for a minute in a thin layer at the bottom of the pan.
- After the minute is up, stir and redistribute the rice in one layer on the bottom of the pan.
