Ingredients to make wallpaper fish:
- fish fillets (class and quantity to taste)
- baby zucchini
- carrot
- red onion (these three cut into thin wheels)
- Pepper
- garlic salt
- White wine
How to make Wallpaper Fish:
- Put a little butter on an aluminum sheet (enough to wrap the fish), then fillet, already seasoned with salt and pepper, and place the vegetables on top (amount to taste). You can also use vegetable kitchen paper.
- We place a sprig of cilantro, season the vegetables and add two tablespoons of wine, wrap it taking care that it seals so that it does not throw away the juices.
- Cook on a griddle or grill over medium heat for 15 minutes or as long as necessary.
- It can be accompanied with Mexican lemon and avocado sauce.
