- Pistachio desired amount
- Dried raisins (dark and light)
- Fresh mint desired amount
- Lemon slices required amount
- Butter 1 tablespoon

How to make Fish with Turkish puff pastry:
- The puff pastry is placed, on top of the dough a sea bass fish fillet.
- Then pistachios, dried raisins, fresh mint leaves and some lemon wedges, and butter are placed on top.
- Place the other fillet on top in the form of a sandwich and wrap the dough.
- It is painted with beaten egg and baked.
