- 3 Fish fillets (maiden)
- 200 grams of Prawns
- 3 dessert spoons of Butter
- 1 cup of vegetable broth

- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 2 dessert spoons of Paprika
- 3 glasses of white wine
- 3 units of potatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 cup of flour (140 grams)
- 1 unit of Egg
- 1 pinch of salt, pepper, parsley
How to make Fish in prawn sauce:
- Clean the fish and season the fillets to taste with salt and pepper. Also clean the prawns and set them aside.
- Beat the egg at medium point, then add the flour and integrate. Dip each of the fillets in this mixture and heat a frying pan with oil to heat.
