- Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a saucepan add the juice of the tangerine, the orange, the lemon and the white wine. With a knife, remove the peel from these fruits without the white part since it is bitter and add it to the pot, add the sugar, mix and cook for 25 minutes.
