Ingredients to make Grouper fisherman:
- 1 kilogram of Groupers
- 150 grams of Prawns
- 1 kilogram of mussels
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 kilogram of fried tomato
- 1 glass of white wine

How to make Grouper to the fisherwoman:
- Season the grouper fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Then, we pass them through flour to fry them in a pan with plenty of oil.
- Once golden, we transfer them to a clay pot. We take the pan where we fry the grouper, remove a little oil and add the wine. We put it to heat over medium heat for a few minutes to be consumed.
- Add the crushed garlic, the peeled prawns, the shelled mussels and the fried tomato to the pan and cook.
- We bring the seafood to a boil and quickly transfer it all to the casserole where we have the grouper. Bake the grouper a la pescadora for 10 minutes at medium temperature.
- When it is ready, the clay pot is brought to the table so that each diner can serve the grouper.
