Ingredients to make Fish Encocao:
- 500 grams of sea bass
- 2 large onions
- 1 large bell pepper
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- Parsley
- flower
- lemon
- mustard
- oil
- Light background of bird or chicken concentrate cube
- coconut milk
How to make Fish Encocao:
- Marinate the pieces of fish in lemon, salt and pepper, apart from having chopped the onion, the bell pepper, the parsley.
- Sweat these ingredients with a little oil.
- Pass the fish in flour, fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
- Once this is done, place the previous preparation and add the bird broth, let it reduce and finally add the coconut milk.
- Check salt and pepper and serve with white rice and fried plantain.
