- 1 grouper fillet
- 2 units of boiled potatoes
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- ½ cup mustard
- 1 cup of flour (140 grams)
How to make Fish and chips:
- Fish and chips are a classic recipe but very easy to make, the first thing you have to prepare are the ingredients, if you can’t find pre-cooked potatoes to fry you can use normal potatoes.
- Cut the grouper fillet into medium strips, add salt and pepper, and pass the strips in flour until completely impregnated.
- In abundant oil fry the potatoes until they are golden.
- Fry the fish strips until golden.
- Serve the fish and chips in a butter paper cone, accompanied with mustard or the sauce of your choice
