Yes, fish pie pleases everyone, even those who do not love seafood. Why? Because almost all of us like cakes, sweet or salty. However, there are those who, despite liking cakes, cannot consume them. The reason? Generally because of the ingredients they contain: flour, milk or…, egg! For some people, the egg is a prohibited ingredient, either due to high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides, to keep fit, due to allergies, to stay healthier, because they don’t like it or simply because they forgot to include it in the purchase. For all these cases, we offers a tasty culinary alternative and shows how to make fish cake without eggs. A lighter proposal but…, enriched in flavor!
Ingredients to make Eggless Fish Cake:
- 1 kilogram of potatoes (potatoes)
- 1 carrot
- 2 celery stalks
- 150 grams of grated cheese (cheddar or the one we like the most)
- 1 lemon
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 600 grams of sea bass or hake fillet

- 2 ripe tomatoes

How to make Eggless Fish Cake:
- Wash the potatoes very well, until removing any trace of soil. Remove the skin from all of them and wash them again under the tap.
