Ingredients to make Easy Pickled Fish:
- 2 lbs. croaker
- 2 pcs. onion
- 2 clove(s) garlic
- 2 cch. vinegar
- 2 cch. olive oil
- 4 pcs. big peppers
- 3 pcs. tomatoes
- 1 pinch spicy
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup(s) bread flour
- 1 cup(s) cornmeal
How to make Easy Pickled Fish:
- The fish is cleaned and cut into 1-inch-wide slices, salt and lemon are added, and patted dry with a cloth.
- Flour and fry in hot oil.
- Prepare the vinaigrette sauce, add the sliced onion, the chili peppers, and the garlic and put the fish there.
- Served with tomato wheels and parsley.
