Roasted potatoes are a classic, but this time we’ll add an extra ingredient to give it a touch of unique flavor. This tapa of roasted potatoes with Serrano ham, parsley and garlic will make everyone want to repeat.

Ingredients to make Roasted Potatoes with Serrano Ham:

  • 5 units of potatoes
  • 50 grams of Ham
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves

How to make Roasted Potatoes with Serrano Ham:

  1. We start by washing our hands very well, put on the kitchen hat and mess.
  2. We will make these potatoes in the oven, so first preheat the oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes. Separately, wash and peel the potatoes.
  3. Once the skin is removed, we cut into not very thick slices and place them on a tray and take them to the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes are roasting, finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  5. Then, she grinds everything together in a mortar.
  6. Once everything is chopped, we put it in a pan with a little oil.
  7. To finish, we take the potatoes out of the oven 5 minutes before they are ready, then add pieces of ham on top and then garlic oil and parsley. Return the tray to the oven and cook for the remaining 5 minutes.
  8. After this time, the roasted potatoes with Serrano ham will have the taste of ham with garlic and parsley, delicious.
