Roasted potato skin with ham and cheese recipe

This simple recipe is delicious and easy to make if you have an oven at home. With few ingredients we can obtain an incredible first course, with which we will surely surprise all diners. Continue reading the step by step that we offer you and prepare roasted potato skin with ham and cheese.

Ingredients to make Roasted Potato Skin with Ham and Cheese:

  • 2 units of large potatoes
  • 100 grams of Serrano ham in cubes
  • 100 grams of Cheese to gratin
  • 1 pinch of oregano to taste
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 splash of olive oil

How to make Roasted Potato Skin with Ham and Cheese:

  1. Healthy and natural ingredients to make these low calorie baked potatoes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200ºC and wash and dry the potatoes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into quarters in the long run and remove the excess potato that will remain in each one. This way we will give them the shape of a boat to later be able to fill them.
  4. We put the potatoes in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Take the potatoes out of the oven, add oil and salt and put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes but this time with the skin facing up.
  6. Add the ham, cheese and oregano to taste and put in the oven for 5 more minutes.
  7. We serve the roasted potatoes with ham and cheese and enjoy.
